What We’re All About
The Cake Shop has been a top-rated bakery in Bowling Green, KY since 2018 for its custom cake creations. We downsized and relocated to Alvaton, KY, in the Summer of 2021 to survive through the pandemic! We joined forces with The Pie Queen, to create the areas first Pie and Cake Bakery in the historic Boyce General Store! Fast Forward to 2024; when an opportunity brought us back home to Bowling Green, KY, where we made our permanent home at SOKY Marketplace!

Justin Woosley has been with The Cake Shop since the very beginning. With years of experience and a love for everything baked, Justin is the perfect Prep Baker who also keeps the front cases stocked with all your favorite treats!
JASON SMITH
Owner / Cake Designer
Jason Smith has a passion for delicious freshly baked goods. With a background in baking and a soft spot for sweets, Jason makes the incredibly difficult job of Cake Designer look easy.

Cookie Artist / Prep Baker
Chelsea has been working at The Cake Shop since 2018. As one of the first people to join our bakery, we don’t know where we’d be if it weren’t for our amazing cookie artist!
